By the time we start work with a new client, we already know each other pretty well because of these steps we go through before costs are incurred.
Step 1 - initial discussion - no cost
We will discuss with you an outline of your needs, and provide guidance on whether or not Nexnet is the right organisation to help you achieve your objectives.
Step 2 - introduction - no cost
If it looks as though we could help, we will meet you so that we can find out more about your needs, and you can find out more about us.
Step 3 - the brief - no cost
Either you can draft a brief, or we can discuss your ideas, and then we will write it up for you. We will make sure that the brief is clear to both parties before responding.
Step 4 - the proposal - no cost
We will present our proposal, including budget and terms. We will specify which elements of the budget relate to our professional fee, which to any expenses anticipated, and which to operational costs such as photography, design, print etc.
Step 5 - the partnership begins
Provided you are happy with the proposal, we will confirm the agreement, and then the partnership begins. We make a commitment to stay within budget.
